Hi, you are looking at a Yamaha Model CDC-645 5 Disc CD Changer with the remote. It seems to need a new belt as it doesn't open on its own and doesn't close fully once opened without manually giving it a push. I've opened it up and tested discs in it and it works otherwise. The remote also works. Cosmetically, there are scuffs and scratches to the top but it's in otherwise very good condition.
